Web 2.0 Lesson 2: RSS
1. "RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. When new events occur, they are broadcast over the feed to be picked up by whoever cares to watch for them or whoever has subscribe to the feed."
2. By the red symbol in the square; in Google on the right top corner tool bar (I know this answer is not complete).
3. I like the feature on the Google Reader with options for archiving (star symbol), subscribe, unsubscribe, management feed, etc.
4. I use both platforms: Official, work related sites on Outlook; personal, entertainment, news on iGoogle.
5. I like iGoogle since I can customize my screen and organize its content.
6. I subscribe BBC News Front Page World Edition and I was able to locate them.
My experience with learning RSS has been quite challenging. The Spellchecking editing tool was very helpful. Thanks to my colleagues who held my hands to get this far.
